The Committee is comprised of front-line consultants in the Childcare Services division and lead by senior leadership staff. Using PLC protocols to encourage meaningful, focused conversations, consultants share concerns and generate ideas and solutions to challenges they face. Senior leadership uses the information to evaluate and adjust policies and procedures to improve effectiveness and identify staff development needs.
